We operate in the field of heat treatment of metallic alloys since February 1999. We are a young company but we can count on the experience of employees, and in particular on what our ceo has accumulated since 1970.
Thanks to the wide range of modern facilities, from May 2009, the company offers in its factory in Bologna maximum efficiency and quality, relying on the newest technologies in the field of heat treatment.

The modern equipment and process control equipment of last generation allow us to a constant and precise monitoring of each phase of treatment.
The high flexibility of equipment makes it possible for our extensive range of thermal treatments.
Thanks to internal analysis laboratory and equipment for testing we conduct thorough and precise controls on treatment outcomes and enable us to investigate and verify the possible solutions to the problems that clients submit.

In order to protect our customers we have to certify our QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM according to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008-.
For our customers in the Automotive sector, we operate according to the AIAG CQI-9.
and we passed the exam for ISO-TS16949

We own all of the processes that we use in our services and this allows us to offer customized treatments to meet specific needs of our customer.

All treatments are handled with automatic lines.

Our services are used by customers in many different sectors: Motorsport, medical, earth moving Machines, hydraulics, Gas, Oil and, speed reducers and many others.

Мы работаем в сфере термической обработки металлических сплавов с февраля 1999 года. Мы являемся молодой компанией, но мы можем рассчитывать на опыт сотрудников и в частности на то, что наш Генеральный директор накоплен с 1970 года.

Высокая гибкость оборудования делает его возможным для нашей широкий спектр термальных процедур.
Благодаря использованию внутреннего анализа лабораторных и оборудования для тестирования мы проводим тщательного и точного контроля на исходы лечения и позволяют нам изучить и проверить возможные решения проблем, которые представляют клиентов.

Для того, чтобы защитить наших клиентов, мы должны подтвердить нашу систему управления качеством согласно UNI EN ISO 9001:2008-.
Для наших клиентов в автомобильном секторе мы действуем согласно AIAG группой-9.

Operiamo nel settore dei trattamenti termici delle leghe metalliche dal febbraio 1999. Siamo una giovane azienda ma possiamo contare sull’esperienza pluriennale dei dipendenti, e in particolare su quella che il nostro amministratore ha accumulato sin dal 1970.
Grazie alla ricca dotazione di moderni impianti, da maggio 2009, l’azienda offre nel suo stabilimento di Bologna la massima efficienza e qualità, potendo contare sulle più nuove tecnologie nel campo del trattamento termico.

I moderni impianti e le apparecchiature di controllo di processo di ultima generazione ci consentono un costante e preciso monitoraggio di ogni fase dei trattamenti.
L’elevata flessibilità degli impianti rende possibile la nostra ampia offerta di trattamenti termici.
Grazie al laboratorio di analisi interno e alle attrezzature per il collaudo possiamo effettuare controlli approfonditi e di elevata precisione sui risultati del trattamento e ci consentono di ricercare e verificare le possibili soluzioni ai problemi che i clienti ci sottopongono.

A garanzia dei nostri clienti abbiamo provveduto a far certificare il nostro SGQ secondo le norme UNI EN ISO-9001:2008.
Per i nostri clienti nel settore Automotive, operiamo secondo la specifica AIAG CQI-9.
